Note: Danish VAT is not payable when buying from Greenland, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland as they are not part of the EU, but the VAT is paid according to the rules of their own country, upon receipt. 

There is always free shipping for collection in Postnord store in Denmark 
If you choose Postnord with distribution, it costs DKK 59.

Lightning fast delivery 
We aim to ship your item the same day if the order is received before 14.00.  All prices are in DKK and incl. Danish VAT. We make reservations for any. printing errors in prices, and sold out items. 

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you: 

a) have received your item 
(b) gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually; 
(c) the last batch, or the last part, becomes physically in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an e-mail to info@aerowalk.dk. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you return later than 14 days after receipt, a minimum of 30% of the purchase price of the item will be deducted.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. 

Return 
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item. 

When returning, please fill in the enclosed return slip. Please always state the reason for the return. Then send the item and return note back to us. Exchange takes about 3-4 days, refund, usually takes 6-8 business days. Always send a return as a postal package and remember to ask for a receipt. 

The condition of the item when you send it back 
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words: you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use. 

Refund of the purchase amount 
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

What should I send back? 
Along with the items you return, you must enclose a copy of your invoice and our return slip / standard cancellation form 
Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. 

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint) 
The Purchase Act’s deficiency rules may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop www.aerowalk.dk  of course you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. 

How fast should I advertise? 
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. 

We refund reasonable shipping costs 
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us:
When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Preferably use our standard return slip that you received with the item

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar. 

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs. 

You can see more about your rights when buying on the Internet, on the Danish Consumer Agency’s website  www.forbrug.dk  – We always live up to the obligations of the Purchase Act.

All that in small print
Packages:
If an ordered package cannot be delivered, you will receive a POST NOTIFICATION about where and when the package can be picked up. If the package is not picked up after this, it will be sent back to us after 6 days and we will incur additional costs. – We therefore reserve the right to charge these handling costs, which currently amount to DKK 120.
E-marketing
You can choose to receive our newsletter (e-mail advertising). The newsletter contains information about the company and its products, relevant offers etc.
The newsletter is sent out regularly when there is news from Aerowalk Denmark.

Definitions:
Parties to the Agreement
“Buyer” is used to refer to the natural person who mainly trades outside his business and who, when placing an order with Aerowalk Denmark, makes an offer to purchase and deliver certain goods.

“Aerowalk” is used in the following both for the natural or legal person who, upon order confirmation, accepts the Buyer’s order and sells the ordered goods, and for the website from which goods are presented and ordered.

Prices:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of booking. Therefore, price changes may occur.
All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT.
Order:
Presentation of goods together with a price on Aerowalk Denmark is not a binding offer, but simply an invitation to make an offer.
The buyer’s order of goods from Aerowalk Denmark does not constitute a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to Aerowalk Denmark to purchase the goods on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between the Buyer and Aerowalk Denmark is only entered into when Aerowalk Denmark accepts the offer submitted by the Buyer by order confirmation.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or saves the information about you. For purchases with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the goods depart from Aerowalk Denmark. If you choose to receive the goods by cash on delivery, the amount is paid upon receipt of the goods.
Risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer’s possession does the risk that the ordered goods perish or be damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer.

Disclaimer and Warranty:
Aerowalk has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are beyond Aerowalk Denmark’s control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages.
Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the Buyer and Aerowalk Denmark.
Seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to Buyer, or the ordered goods suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to Buyer’s act or omission or circumstances beyond Aerowalk Denmark’s control, eg war, riots, riots, fire, state intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strike and lockout, or the like.
Aerowalk Denmark does not issue an independent guarantee for the ordered goods, and the Buyer only obtains the guarantees that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal:
If the customer notifies Aerowalk Danmark that the customer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Aerowalk Danmark will refund the amount received.
Items returned UFRANCO or on COD are refused receipt. When returning, please use Post Danmark – not alternative package distributors. As it makes it possible to track the item if it should get lost during return shipping. You should send the item properly packaged – together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want to get the price of the item refunded. We recommend that you send the item back as a careful package with Post Danmark.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment.
These return rules apply to all items sold as distance selling to private individuals – this does not apply to items sold to companies.

Aerowalk Denmark reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this website. It is therefore important that you keep up to date with changes.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated for the individual item, the expected delivery time is within 30 days.
Abuse:
Misuse of Aerowalk Denmark results in a police report.
