You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can buy a return postage and pick up a return slip at:

You must send your goods back in the original packaging and make sure it is properly packaged. If you want to be responsible for the shipment, you can simply enclose a note stating your name and order or invoice number.

The fine print:
Your withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

a) have received your item
(b) gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually;
(c) the last batch, or the last part, becomes physically in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an e-mail to In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you return later than 14 days after receipt, a minimum of 30% of the purchase price of the item will be deducted.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

When returning, please fill in the enclosed return slip. Please always state the reason for the return. Then send the item and return note back to us. Exchange takes about 3-4 days, refund, usually takes 6-8 business days. Always send a return as a postal package and remember to ask for a receipt.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words: you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

What should I send back?
Along with the items you return, you must enclose a copy of your invoice and our return slip / standard cancellation form

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)
The Purchase Act’s deficiency rules may apply to purchases of goods. When you shop of course you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should I advertise?
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Preferably use our standard return slip that you received with the item

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

All that in small print
If an ordered package cannot be delivered, you will receive a POST NOTIFICATION about where and when the package can be picked up. If the package is not picked up after this, it will be sent back to us after 6 days and we will incur additional costs. – We therefore reserve the right to charge these handling costs, which currently amount to DKK 120.
